What we collect

We collect account, contact, appointment, consent, and health information needed to assess suitability and deliver care. Marketing consent is optional and separate from privacy consent.

How we use it

Information is used to manage appointments, provide treatment, communicate preparation and aftercare, maintain clinical records, comply with legal duties, and improve clinic operations.

Clinical images

Clinical images are private by default. Public before-and-after use requires separate, explicit publishing consent. Withdrawing publishing consent does not remove images that must be retained as part of a lawful clinical record.

Security and access

We restrict records by role, keep private uploads outside public media, log important administrative actions, and use security controls appropriate to the application. Customers can access only their own records.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, restriction, or deletion where legally available, and may withdraw optional marketing consent at any time. Contact [email protected].

Retention

Records are retained only as long as needed for care, legal, regulatory, safety, and dispute-resolution purposes. This template should be reviewed by local privacy counsel before launch.
