Online bookings are requests until confirmed by Relux. We may recommend a consultation or different appointment type based on the information provided.

Changes and cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours notice. Repeated late changes or missed appointments may require a deposit before future bookings. Emergency and compassionate circumstances are reviewed individually.

Medical suitability

Booking does not guarantee treatment. A clinician may postpone or decline any service when it is unsafe, unsuitable, or unlikely to meet reasonable expectations.

Results and pricing

Results, downtime, and timelines vary. Prices shown are guides and may change after assessment or as treatment plans evolve. Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash.
